Account Manager, Be Challenged

Be Challenged run programs, simulations, workshops and evening events for groups from 5 – 1,000+ people, creating a tailored concept to suit our client's objectives, group size and location. Be Challenged operate all around Australia, whether it's a full day, half day, indoors or outdoors, it is all about making it work for our clients.

Job tasks and responsibilities

For a Be Challenged Account Manager the primary responsibilities are focused around driving business sales through three key areas:

  • Reactive Enquiries/Repeat Clients
  • Building & Maintaining Relationships with key PCO's or Event Managers
  • Building & Maintaining Relationships with key Venues

Other tasks may include the below:

  • Assisting in the management and delivery of Showcases, Famils & Tradeshows
  • Supporting the existing Be Challenged Marketing Strategy

Skills and experience

Qualifications & Experience

  • Essential
    • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience
    • Venue or Events experience
  • Preferred 
    • Hospitality Background
    • Familiarity with Salesforce
