Must-see Sydney

This outstanding incentive experience has a genuine impact on employee satisfaction and retention.

On arrival at Sydney International Airport, you’ll receive a warm welcome from your host agent. You’ll then be transferred by coach to your hotel, where you can freshen up before the start of a unique and unforgettable taste of Sydney. This morning you’ll be hitting one of the world’s most famous beaches: Bondi. Beyond the sand and surf, the backstreets of this vibrant beachside suburb are a creative haven for Sydney’s emerging designers. Take Gould Street, for example. Just one block back from the main esplanade, it boasts a number of original fashion stores that you won’t find anywhere else in Sydney.

Explore the vibrancy and style of cosmopolitan Sydney, with an introductory City Tour. Set on one of the world’s most beautiful harbours, Sydney affords you spectacular views of the Harbour Bridge and the iconic Sydney Opera House. We’ll enjoy both from Mrs Macquarie’s Chair, a waterfront seat carved into the foreshore rock in the early 1800s, for the wife of visionary colonial governor, Lachlan Macquarie. Then you’ll see them from an entirely different perspective: 268 metres (879 feet) above the city, at the top of Sydney Tower. Starting on the ground with a 4D Cinema experience, where spectacular footage transports you across Sydney Harbour, then you’ll travel up to the Sydney Tower Eye Observation Deck, and experience the breathtaking panorama of Sydney’s famous landmarks. It’s the perfect introduction to our inspiring city!

Experience Sydney’s majestic harbour in the best possible way: aboard a dinner cruise on the Sydney Showboat. These authentic paddle wheelers offer theatre-style dining that will dazzle and entertain your guests with cabaret shows, spectacular showgirls and the finest and freshest international and Australian cuisine.

Start the day with a tour of The Rocks, where your team will learn about Sydney’s Indigenous heritage, the establishment of the English colony, the region’s sailing, whaling and trading history, and the 1970s union-led protests that preserved the area for future generations to explore and enjoy.

You’ll then visit Sydney’s most iconic building, the World Heritage-listed Sydney Opera House. During your 30-minute tour, you’ll discover the wonders inside this miracle of architecture and engineering. An experience like no other, the tour is presented in English as well as traditional Chinese / simplified Chinese / Japanese / Korean.

At Taronga Zoo Sydney, your team will encounter the fantastic wildlife of our nation’s leading zoological garden, set against the stunning backdrop of spectacular Sydney Harbour. Delegates can get up close and personal for a photograph with a cuddly koala, feed a giraffe or even one of
the zoo's big cats. The afternoon is then free for your team to shop till they drop! Shopping is more than a necessity for Sydneysiders – it’s a lifestyle. So it’s no surprise a variety of shopping
experiences and precincts abound in our beautiful harbour city, from exclusive designer stores and historic city arcades to vibrant and colourful markets and bargain factory outlets.

There are few more spectacular backdrops for a gala dinner than Luna Park. One of Sydney’s most iconic locations, Luna Park is a superbly restored 1930s amusement park, located right beside the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Step off the ferry from Circular Quay and begin your evening with a fun carnival ride to get the party started! Packages can include all access ride passes, networking drinks and dinner.

Escape the city and travel by coach to regional NSW. Just 90 minutes west of Sydney is the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains, one of Australia’s greatest natural wonders. The team can explore the area’s waterfalls and idyllic landscape, or stop in at one of the area’s quaint villages.

Another option is for your team to visit Tobruk Sheep Station for a 'true blue' Aussie farm experience.  A stockman on horseback meets your team on arrival and activities include whip cracking, boomerang throwing, a live working dog demonstration and a live sheep shearing demonstration.

Set in the Rocks precinct, in the original 1939 Campbell’s Storehouses, Waterfront Restaurant
exudes the grandeur and charm of yesteryear. With an atmosphere matched only by its lavishly crafted cuisine, Waterfront pays tribute to its colonial history with a distinctive replica of a square-rigged colonial sailing ship mast proudly featured in front of the restaurant.

Your team departs Sydney, motivated and inspired, with an airport drop-off by coach.
