Ultimate Sydney

Treat your delegates like true VIPs, turn heads and explore Sydney in style

On arrival at Sydney International Airport, you’ll receive a warm welcome from your host agent. You’ll then be transferred by coach to your hotel where you can freshen up before the start of a unique and unforgettable taste of Sydney. This morning, you’ll explore the sights of Sydney on the back of a growling Harley Davidson motorcycle, starting with downtown Sydney, then heading east to the exclusive suburbs of Double Bay and Vaucluse and, finally, to Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach. And naturally, you’ll have many opportunities to stop along the way and take some amazing photos with the city as your backdrop.

Spend the afternoon taking a tour of The Rocks, where your team will learn about Sydney’s Indigenous heritage, the establishment of the English colony, the region’s sailing, whaling and trading history, and the 1970s union-led protests that preserved the area for future generations to explore and enjoy. Then discover the stories, history and magic of the Sydney Opera House with an incredible 60-minute guided tour, taking you underneath the world famous sails. The team will
discover the unseen workings in the daily life of this fascinating building, and step inside the inspired theatres where more than 1,600 performances come to life each year.

Your team’s welcome dinner will be held at the Golden Century Seafood Restaurant, located in Chinatown. A dining institution in Sydney, the Golden Century is renowned for its fresh seafood and authentic Chinese cuisine, and also for its stimulating late-night atmosphere. Inside, the restaurant features a dominating, aquarium-like wall comprised of 24 fish tanks, holding more than 1,000 kilograms of seafood, including live king crabs, pipi, abalone and lobsters.

Sydney Seafood School, located at Sydney Fish Market, is a great spot for a fun and delicious team building activity. Its hands-on classes cover all aspects of seafood cookery and handling, as well as offering delegates the chance to make a succulent seafood dish and enjoy it after the class!

Experience Sydney’s beautiful harbour with every one of your senses. Today your team will participate in an exciting sailing regatta team building activity. Partake of the thrill of big boat sailing by chartering the tried and tested Clipper Round the World 68 foot racing yachts.

Alternatively, if yachting isn’t your team’s favourite option, you can climb the Harbour Bridge instead! The world’s tallest steel arch bridge, the Harbour Bridge stands 134-metres above the harbour, and afford stunning 360 degree views of the city, the harbour and the surrounding suburbs. Along the way, your professional climb leader will share the bridge’s rich history and takes photos of your group. Following the climb, you can spend the afternoon shopping in the CBD, where the majority of stores stay open well past normal business hours. There's a variety of shopping experiences and precincts abound in our beautiful harbour city, from exclusive designer stores and historic arcades to vibrant markets and bargain factory outlets.

Tonight’s gala celebration will be held at Fort Denison, a former defence facility located on a small rocky island in the middle of Sydney Harbour, and just a stone’s throw from the Royal Botanic Gardens and Sydney Opera House. Dinner is set under the stars in a completely clear marquee, providing uninterrupted views of the city lights, the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, and the island’s stunning Martello Tower. This will provide the perfect backdrop for your memorable team reward.

Regional NSW offers some of Australia’s most iconic attractions and activities. Today’s adventure includes a coach trip to a number of these regions. Options include: the Blue Mountains (one of Australia’s greatest natural wonders); the Hunter Valley (Australia’s oldest wine region and home to over 120 wineries); Port Stephens (the home of the world’s largest expanse of subtropical rainforest); the Wollongong coast road (a spectacular 140km coastal road that follows a ribbon of beautiful beaches and spectacular views to Wollongong); and Jervis Bay (described as having some of the clearest waters and whitest sands in the world).

Next stop is Gledswood Homestead, a unique historic property located in the Macarthur region, located less than an hour southwest of Sydney. Set on 113 acres, this grand sandstone homestead was constructed by convicts in the early 1800s and is surrounded by sweeping lawns and elegant gardens. *Note: Helicopter or Seaplane transfers can be organised to the same regions for selected VIPs.

The team will say a final farewell to Sydney with a seafood dinner at Nick’s Seafood Restaurant, located on the promenades of Darling Harbour. Indulge in a generous spread of fresh seafood, Mediterranean chargrills and fine Australian wines, in a relaxed harbourside setting. Day 4

Your team departs Sydney, motivated and inspired, with an airport drop-off by coach.
